The Palmerston on Palmerston Place combines a daily changing, European-influenced menu with its own in-house bakery. Bread and pastries are made from scratch every day.
The kitchen works closely with farmers, growers, and fishermen, particularly from across Scotland. Whole animals are butchered on-site to reduce waste and utilize lesser-known cuts. A two- or three-course lunch menu is offered Tuesday through Friday, excluding December and January 1st.
